Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://neonlabs.pl website and the Neon Network games published by Neon Labs Kamil Masłowski (ul. Księcia Bogusława X 8/6, 74-200 Pyrzyce, Poland, NIP 8531502974) — referred to here as "we", "us" or "Neon Labs". By using the website or a game, you agree to these Terms.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse, read and share links to this site. Please do not misuse it — for example by attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using it in a way that is unlawful or harms others.

Licence to use the games

Our games are free to download and free to play in full. Some titles additionally offer optional paid extras, described under Purchases below. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the games, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify them except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Your account

Some games offer an optional Neon Network account — a single account that works across our games. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and do not impersonate others or choose a username that is offensive or infringes someone's rights. You may delete your account at any time from inside the game, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Acceptable use

When using our games and services, do not: break the law; cheat or manipulate scores and leaderboards; disrupt or attack our systems; or attempt to access data that is not yours. We want leaderboards to stay fair for everyone.

Purchases

Some games offer optional in-app purchases. Everything we sell is cosmetic or supportive — nothing you buy makes you better at a game, and nothing is required to play any part of it. Specifically:

  • Backgrounds and soundtracks — one-off purchases that unlock a decorative background or extra music. Buy each once; they stay unlocked.
  • Supporting the author — an optional contribution towards development. It can be made more than once, and grants a Supporter badge across our games. It is a voluntary payment for the ongoing development of the app, not a charitable donation.

There are no subscriptions, no loot boxes or randomised rewards, no advertising, and no purchase that affects gameplay, scores or leaderboards.

Who you are buying from

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google, depending on where you installed the game. They act as the seller of record, take the payment, and issue the receipt. We never see or store your card or payment details — we are only told that a purchase succeeded, so that we can unlock the content.

The price shown in the app comes from the store itself, in your local currency and including applicable tax. That price is the one that applies.

What you get, and where it works

Purchases are tied to your Neon Network account and to the store account you bought them with. You can restore previous purchases at any time with Restore Purchases in the game's store screen — after reinstalling, or on a new device. Purchases made in one game unlock content in that game; the Supporter badge is the exception and appears across all of them.

Deleting your Neon Network account removes the record that links unlocked content to you. Your purchase still exists with Apple or Google, but we may not be able to restore it to a new account. Please contact us before deleting an account you have bought content with.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital content delivered immediately is treated differently. When you confirm a purchase, youexpressly request that we begin performance immediately — the background, track or badge unlocks at once — and you acknowledge that by doing so youlose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This follows Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Poland by Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta).

This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty, does not work as described, or is not delivered at all.

Refunds

Because Apple and Google are the sellers of record, refunds are requested from them:

  • Google Play — via Google Play's refund process.
  • App Store — via reportaproblem.apple.com.

We cannot issue a refund on their behalf, but if something we sold did not work, write tohello@neonlabs.pl and we will help you get it resolved — including supporting your case with the store. If a purchase is refunded, the content it unlocked is switched off again.

Changes to what we sell

We may add, change the price of, or retire items over time. Changes are never retroactive: anything you have already bought stays unlocked, at the price you paid. If we ever have to remove content you bought — for example if a music licence ends — we will tell you and discuss a fair remedy.

App stores

Games are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download, purchases and use of a game are also subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from, in addition to these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Neon Labs and Neon Network names, logos, game titles, artwork, code and written content are owned by Neon Labs Kamil Masłowski unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

No warranty

The website and games are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate, available and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee they will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and content here may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Labs Kamil Masłowski is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or games. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Complaints and disputes

If something we sold you is faulty or not as described, write tohello@neonlabs.pl with your store receipt. We aim to reply within 14 days.

If we cannot agree, consumers in Poland can seek free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their local European Consumer Centre. Out-of-court resolution is voluntary for both sides, and using it does not affect your right to go to court.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country in which you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
